If you keep meeting rude people in life..is it you or them that's rude ?....bit harsh to tar 7 out of 10 employees for being rude...if intact they are rude..if they are rude then obviously it's no excuse to be rude...but like most public sectors they are under appreciated and put on just like the nurse's and most public sectors who have been run down over the years..they might work for private sector but they get some of there money off government. So next time u think ill of them try and look at it from there point of view and have a bit of compassion and respect for them..
