Surely if the water company has paid out that much in dividends and loaded the company with debt then the company is liable for its own mess and presumably the c.e.o could be charged with mismanagement ?.🙄.. maybe the government washed it hands of them and rather then regulate the companys they,ve been let to run free, for that the government Surely is liable to?..yes you have regulatory bodys but if they haven't regulated them properly in the First place or they haven't got the power to do that then again that lies at the governments feet,, it looks like the sewage literally flows back to the government how iconic. 🤔
