Unless Ukraine signs this dodgy deal its hardly going to be legally binding in any way. Trump and putin the ice lolly can make whatever dodgy deals they like its meaningless and worthless without Ukraine signing it and he wont sign his land and resources away to those clowns. Oh and putun not wanting Ukraine joining nato because obviously if Ukraine was in nato now obviously nato would defend it as it would be part of nato, it is a odd war where Europe is giving arms and training but not boots on the ground,, if it where in nato those boots would be on the ground thats what putin doesn't want.
