I get keir is in a no-win situation with it, scrap the cap, and he's seen as frivolous with money and it might no be able to be affordable, don't scrap it and he's bowed to his party rebels, personally I think it should be scrapped as obviously it doesn't work, but some may veiw him scrapped it as weak leadership. Dammed if you do, Dammed if you don't.

@SlowhandGreg I guess it all depends how many billions you have to start with In the first place as to wether you can afford to do it or not, and yes it may not effect everyone and may be expensive but those you are helping would be great full and if it helps then move their life on into work for example it would take the pressure off the state. ( in lay man's terms ).

@josephjones1093 it's only a headline if it doesn't effect you, so not a headline to the people concerned, that's just a short term veiw..think long term.
