I agree with you saying the banks are denying people of services isn't right , the banks saying they are doing it because of people's new banking habits isn't sadly anything new and will continue, the banks are alienating some of their customer base which is discrimination, which is probably illegal to, I personally haven't banked with a bank for years and I would strongly recommend and advise you and others to join a building society who are flexible, they treat you like a person and not a number and mine even gives me free money I kid u not ( part of it's profits) , yes it's not perfect but they try and I know the branch well , they always try and help and I now have a local branch near my new home.
