For a society that's meant to getting more and more technologilly advanced it's a absolute joke to be honest, it's a phone for goodness sake it really shouldn't be that hard to do, it should take minutes not days, it seems the more advanced we get the slower things actually take to be honest, that goes for ringing up most large organisations and asking for a simple fix,,that should be simple but the organisations turn into a headache with their over complex procedure and hoops you have to jump through , ugh..its a pain modern life eh, bit like the blur song 🎵 , modern life is rubbish eh.😂

Horror stories, i used to live near a large rugby stadium in Devon, with a club called the Devon chiefs, you may have heard of them, long story short every time they had a match, on our estate on the 02 network you would never be able to get a signal or use your phone, you would ring 02 and ask is there a outtage in the area on the network and you would allways be told there is no issue with the network..they are pretty useless i must admit, another good steller bit of advice they would dish out on a match day is they would ssy just ring them or go online to find any coverage issues,,which was really handy when you couldn't get a signal to check in the first place on a match day,, i think the company is mentally challenged .🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
