I watched your video and it was interesting, i haven't really thought it couldn't be the bank calling, but obviously that could be the case, i do know the banks/,building societies are probably a bit too big and inefficient these day's and unfortunately do make a lot of mistakes and do go round in circles which does my nut in to be honest from past experiences.
