  1. How do you put up an emotional wall? I'm too honest and speak my mind. I'm slowly getting better at handling my emotions but any tips would be appreciated :)

  3. I was avoiding this video but watched it with dinner; glad I did :) I like the house metaphor. You're right that people are loosing it. Mainly the 'normies' that weren't aware about how bad their governments really are. I'm going the other way; and that's in no small part because of you. You inspired me to get out in nature and I've become much more fulfilled in my life. It's still hard; but everytime I get out to nature all the bullshit washes away and my mind becomes clear again. Peace mate
