  2.  @LemonScreech  sure I'll pull $250k deposit out of my ass and spend the next 75 years paying off my 1.3mil house. If I lived in america I would be able to get a home because you can get fixed interest rates for 20+ years. Not here in NZ. It's fucked.

  3. I'm always trying to balance every aspect of my life. Some days are harder than others. Enjoying the moment vs being happy, content and grateful for what I have. Balancing diet, gaming/outdoors, fitness/blobbing, 'saving' for the future but also just buying some stuff I want. Usually the bottom line is screw what other people think and live your life how you want to; BUT not in-spite of your health and well-being (or others if your stupid enough to have kids)
