  7. Then Venezuela must be taking the "excess" oil (and/ or whatever minerals) profits and investing in their own personal accounts? Which is the International stock market.More commonly known as Wall Street? Sorry, for my ignorance. The only example we get in America for socialism is Wartime Russia and Germany!😕
