  3. After seeing you use it last week - I had a look at it - and have it as standard for my PDF reader and ePUB file reader too. I use the poppler PDF add-on as I need to print and the muPDF version doesn't allow printing.

  4. My partner and I went on holiday to Switzerland and we had a rental flat and it had no television, it had radio and about ten CDs - most importantly it had no internet access. I had brought three weighty tomes which in the week we were there - I finished - my partner didn't bring any books so I lent him one of mine which he enjoyed. When we needed to book a hotel for the next stage in advance on the Internet I went with my then netbook and hovered round the railway station and got a free signal and did the biz.

  7. Having problems with numbered lists which I was hoping you'd cover. I am experimenting with Groff to format my recipes and the ingredients are unnumbered - they are fine - the method I number so I did it by hand for my experiment but is there a sneaky method for this? I used ".IP /<number>" which is not terribly efficient.
