I hear the fear in the judgement but I wonder is that a fear of the MAGA crowd because if it is then they are surrendering their power to one of the candidates for the Republican nomination for the president of the USA and that seems silly. I agree they weren't going to allow a free for all on the fourteenth amendment as Texas was going to try to exclude Biden for being Biden so there would be a division in the country that reminds us of the 1850s.
