  1. Well given that Garcia's racist stance - being of immigrant stock and being non-European are very relevant in this case. It is slightly worse than Csanad Szegedi who was a prominent member of the Hungarian Jobbik Party who espoused anti-semitic views and was vehement in them until he found out he himself was Jewish himself and had lost relatives in the holocaust. Haley knows the views of this man and still appoints him.
