  1. But the pay-out is not the point the lower premiums for sensible gun ownership is the key. The insurance companies will win but that is what makes it a Republican option - the fact that the current Republican party is paid off by the gun manufacturers is the problem.

  2. A very republican solution that the republicans will hate - it is a market solution where careful gun ownership and keeping weapons in a weapon safe etc. will mean lower premiums.
