We already had a recession in 2020 so we are no longer overdue.
1
No one said that people with low interest rate wouldn’t sell. They don’t have a high motivation to sell. And you are seeing that home for sale are extremely low in number inventory is extremely low. This “forced sales”haven’t changed that.
1
A nice myth remember 5.5 million lose their job every month and 6 million are hired each month. So no you are wrong.
1
Then look at the other numbers people who work part-time for noneconomic reasons. It is all there.
1
@AlexParkYT you are unemployed if you don't have a job and are looking for work.
1
@escapetheratracenow9883 good news very few people have more than one job
1
@Steve-ev6vx incorrect, only just over 1 million of the 4% unemployed get insurance. If what you say is true then unemployment with the government numbers is less than 1%. You should learn the government numbers. Did you know the U6 number counts people working part-time and want to work full-time as unemployed? I don't understand why people like you believe in such lies.
1
@Steve-ev6vx again you have no clue about the government unemployment numbers. Now where is your source that 4%= the 1.4 million in unemployment. Now prove to us that the Government says that only 35 million people are working full-time and part-time.
1
@Steve-ev6vx I don't need to prove it it is right in every single BLS Labor report first Friday of every month. You are the one saying they only count people on unemployment. That number is 1.4 million that is 4% of 35 million. So now tell us where did you get your numbers? Where did you get that there is only 35 million unemployed??
1
@Steve-ev6vx this is who is counted as unemployed from the BLS “The unemployed are classified into one of four groups: job losers; job leavers (those who quit voluntarily); new entrants (those seeking work for the first time); or re-entrants (those who have previously worked but have been out of the labor force for some time). Job losers usually represent about half of the total unemployed.”
1
@Steve-ev6vx this is How the BLS funds out the unemployment numbers. “As it is impractical to actually count every person in the nation each month, the BLS contracts with the U.S. Census Bureau to conduct the Current Population Survey (CPS), a monthly sampling of about 60,000 households used to estimate the extent of employment and unemployment in the country. The survey asks about the work status of each individual in the household during the week including the 12th of the month.
1
Thanks for proving inflation numbers were correct.
1
@donmarek7001 good news we drill for more oil under a Democrat than when Trump was President.
1
They can always go into foreclosure and pay more a month in rent.
1
If people are buying homes at this price that is what they are valued. As it is most homes sell in less than a month.
1
Not in America. We have not come close to one.
1
Buyers remorse has always been normal with buying a home. Why do people think this is new?
1
It may after all unemployment is extremely low. Sadly for it or increase we need less than that 6-7 million hired each month and we have 10 million job openings.
1
You are correct it is exactly like in 1929 people borrowed hundreds of thousands from their homes to invest. Invest in gold it will go up to $10,000 and home values will go to $20,000 and buying a loaf of bread will cost $300,000. There isn't a single factory in America. Unemployment is at 40% we need to get 90-year-olds to stop living off welfare and work. We Joe Biden banned drilling for oil in 2019 republicans had no power to stop it........ Wait a minute everything that conservatives have said didn't happen.
1
@marcusbutron4580 I bought in 2014 when everyone was calling for a 40% crash. Nothing happened. They called buying a home the most unaffordable thing you can buy. I was told no home purchase would good as renting is always cheaper than buying. Again the fake experts are wrong then and now they still are wrong.
1
That was cheap for a 2 ton. Here we are to the low end and change $7,000 for it.
1
If you lose your job be an adult and get a new one easy.
1
@brwils3378 getting a good job is easy. The 2008-2012 being hard to get a good job is a myth that children keep crying about.
1
@cutime6712 they have been saying that for 10 years.
1
Because no one does business like we did 100 years ago. They move to better locations.
1
Can't pay your bills? make more money. We call this person accountability. Don't have enough for retirement you should have saved more. Sadly Americans know more about their baseball team or about the Kardashians than about their money.
1
@MichaelBordenaro that few billion that leaves is nothing compared to the trillions that is spent every year already. The argued about sending other nations aid for and do something against Germany but they didn't for your same argument and we had WW2 for it.
1
So what is wrong with her? We have 5-6 million hired each month. What is her excuse?
1
It is back to normal levels of 3%
1
@Resmith18SR why do you believe inflation has been 20% for the last 4 years? The facts are it isn’t 20% every year.
1
@Resmith18SR tell us how many more homeless are there? You are the expert not the government. Tell us why are all the red states trying to make Biden look good with unemployment and are lying? Tell us how Fuel inflation has been 20% every year yet is going down. Tell us why are the oil companies lying about the amount of oil they pump out of the ground to make Biden look good? Tell us how chicken egg prices are proof of inflation only for 2020-2022 but not now?
1
When you compare cost of owning is buying and renting where you want to live. I can find homes cheaper than where I live but I would not want to live there renting or buying. I can rent a $950 apartment 3 bedroom that is the same price as my mortgage but it is extremely small.
1
@janityy in West Virginia a 300K home is a massive home that would be $1,000,000 in other areas.
1
@m4c4c0 it is my old mortgage. Just sold that house and bought a newer larger home.
1
@Spaethon buying gold is a very poor idea
1
@cjhoward409 I agree with you we have $10,000 for emergency and we fell it is too low but we have 30,000 cash available
1
A water heater is extremely cheap and easy to install.
1
Not worried about layoffs as we have 5-6 million hired every month for years now.
1
@Dorian_Gray83 they are from the BLS and have been reported for years. It is the same place they report job openings. Google 6 million hired.
1
@Dorian_Gray83 I looked at the BLS and it doesn't show most of the 160 million some odd jobs are not part-time but are full-time jobs. Simple fact that 5-6 million are hired each month.
1
I believe we will see that change as more and more people don’t want to get a new mortgage with a higher rate they will not be more inclined to pay off their house, then to move up in size
1
Most of these videos are.
1
Past nine years I’ve had no repairs. This winter I will be replacing my evaporator coil for my HVAC for $450 and that will be my first repair. Not a single appliance has failed.
1
I have found it is great very easy to get a good job. You need to remember 5-6 million are hired each month.
1
Please tell us how military spending 30 years ago is affecting GDP so much
1
@jimshoe402 we bought the shells 15 years ago that is when they affected out GDP
1
@jimshoe402 nice myth.
1
@jimshoe402 keep paying what?
1
The number of people with 2-3 jobs are not that high.
1
@gertrudewest4535 some times. Job jumping is the fastest way to get pay increase.
