  1. Wow what incorrect numbers! First of all if you are worried about tax increases use a Roth 401k. The fees in a 401k is lower than any other retirement vehicle so it is very good for retirement. In the last 10 years I have had 240% growth so your numbers of growth is BS. The main issue with a 401k is it is too easy to get your money out. That is why 401k accounts are so low people don’t invest enough and they pull money out too often preventing it from working for you.
