  2. l was going to add a little satire in all of this...Would you like to know what it was.?? OK Teach the rats to use little Guns to even the odds....Problem solved....But how in the world do you do background checks on a rat.???...You might think this is a little funny...An it might be a "little funny"...But this can be the same problem we have to day with guns....Guns don't kill people...People using them to kill is the problem...Until we address that nothing will change..O'yes thanks very much as always....!
