West Virginia did not exist until Jun 20, 1863 it came about because of the civil war....Thanks...A bunch...!...You'all are so lucky to have your mothers my mother died at 95...An l have outlived all my family kids..Aunts ...Sisters ..Uncles...Brothers...Dad..Ever one has pass a way....An just about me for l am very old now....But l get along some.....!
