  1. Being forced to give-out blood or organs is not equivalent to pregnancy. We're not legally obliged to maintain other person's lives in expense of ours (unless you're working as a police or a military), however nothing is being physically taken away from the body of a pregnant woman, after conception her health condition would revert back to state she had prior to pregnancy, in contrast to an organ being stripped off. A pregnant woman willingly chose to get pregnant, thus she bares the obligation of child support.
