Besides, Vietnam's claim is excessive. They are way beyond their 200 nmiles. Those areas they claim belong to the Philippines since those areas are extensions of the Spratly continental shelf. Malaysia claims waters that belong to the Philippines as well plus, they are illegally occupying Sabbah. No! Malaysia can't have the American HIMARS as well.
