  1. Why does Xi wave his hand and smile when he makes appearances in their supposed Congress when their Congress is already terrified of him? You only wave when you’re a political leader who needs Congressional support. Their slave Congress will support him or they will be arrested, tortured and organ harvested. I think his wave is too hypocritical.
