On the other hand, China spends much more on its junk Navy and Air Force that they steal money from their citizens’ bank accounts, building poor infrastructures, roads and buildings, decrease or not pay their salaries, dump their toxic garbage on rivers and land that sicken their people with carcinogens and pollute their air, and reduce their seniors’ health insurance to almost nothing. It has reached the point that the CCP themselves have practically “invaded” their own people that it would even have been desirable that another country to invade and conquer China for its people to get a better deal. Yes, the Philippines may have been slow at its military modernization, but at least the money saved were diverted for their country and people.
