  1. Yes, it’s 90% who speaks English although at various levels of English. That means everywhere you go, you could at least be understood and get help. Albeit, some will avoid using English because they’re not confident speaking it, but they still understand English. Then there are more than enough who speak adequately to hold an English conversation.

  5. These China paid trolls who wear Nazi uniforms at their work stations work day and night to post lies, many of whom post slanders about the Philippines. The truth is, the Philippines is consistently on the world retirement or travel lists while China doesn’t even make it to the lists of countries who will PAY YOU to live there because no one will live there even if they’re paid.
