  2. Xi’s arguing with the Canadian PM in public is a sign Xi’s mind is being affected negatively by his country’s descent to oblivion. His pushing countries around by stealing water territory from the Philippines, punishing others with trade sanctions and spreading a pandemic around the world intentionally have finally gone around to bite his country, China’s behind big time. We can see him walking around a big international meeting with a short fuse.
