  2. We can see that Mutual Assured Destruction does not work for ignorant, barbarian China. Russia and the US look at MAD as deterrent for starting a nuclear war whereas, China looks at it as an edge where it stifles the US from attacking China but, it doesn’t prevent them (China), from attacking the US. They think this gives them the privilege of doing any malevolent thing they want or they will end this world. What they don’t know is, if they (China) starts a nuclear war, the US, Russia, India, France and the UK will all launch their missiles at them. No, we don’t think they can hit every city in the US because of its advanced anti-missile defense while China will be turned to a tundra of glass.
