  1. Dome, do people go out of their homes always carrying their guns. Not very often! There would be more time you’d find yourself in a hand to hand or a knife fight than a shoot out. And for a soldier in a war, there will be opportunities that you or your opponent are too close to each other and would try to disarm each other. A couple of months ago, Indian and Chinese soldiers killed each other with hands, sticks and stones. Why? Either side were not authorized to use their rifles. The battle morphed into a Stone Age one.
