  3. Rob..., but there are many kids from the slums who have become good contributors to the country. Do you wonder why the economy is going down by gdp growth by now at a steady pace since the Philippines have been declining its fertility rate decades before? Where’s the 7-7.5% gdp growth that was hoped for? You sow the seed of depopulation decades later. What you do today won’t be felt until the 2040’s.
