  1. The army is better off using the TCM 22 instead of the 9 mm. The TCM 22 should fit that sub machine gun with the barrel and spring replacement. The ammo was made for the Rock Island 9 mm and can be switched with the TCM 22 by simply replacing the barrel and spring. The TCM 22 has much higher velocity, flatter trajectory and therefore longer range.
