  1. China is copying the 2000 year old rice terraces in the Mountain province of the Philippines. That was built with basic science on mind considering the sufficient rainfall, the with of a terrace width sufficient for stability, the temperature and other factors. It’s still producing much rice after thousands of years. China does only trial and error while spending so much money when they fail.
