It is the ignorant Chinese leaders who have always experimented on economic and social theories that had been proven time and time again since the ancient time. It is their ignorance that had them repeating these old mistakes with their own people suffering for it with their lives and life savings. The CCP just make sure they were insulated from their failures as they live in comfort and security.
