The major allies are trying to do just that in order that the SCS will be a secure water. Just their Brahmos missiles can totally destroy the Chinese aircraft carriers, while their Air Force will be no match for Filipino jet fighters and well-trained pilots. China should not have messed with the Philippines and underestimated her influence with Western and regional powers allied with her. Now, China can sees the writing on the wall. The nucleus of this new Philippine Military is growing and they are fearing what they’re seeing. China keeps repeating their Foreign Ministry announcement of removing the Typhon Missile System they already have. Not only is the Philippine Military not going to remove it, but they are resolved to installing more of this system around the Philippines. In Addition, more Brahmos System and dozens of HIMARS long range guided rocket launchers. The Philippine Navy is currently purchasing and receiving upgraded warships at a fast pace including submarines (that don’t sink on rivers) for anti-air and ASW. China is definitely terrified with what’s going to face them despite their last days of bullying.
