  1. Engineering? We have no idea if they have good engineers or not. The contractors don’t follow specs from engineering drawings to cheapen their constructions. It’s their state-owned enterprises who make inferior materials and contractors who substitute materials while inspectors pass inspections, none of whom are being investigated and jailed. Why? That’s because the CCP leaders have their own cuts for these kinds of constructions. All of China’s cities need to be condemned and abandoned. They’re all as good as ghost towns. China needs to be rebuilt from virgin forests.
