@hallmonitor98 , that would still be made in Italy or France as long as they use their labor laws and standards.

They’re working off a barge in the ocean?

@hallmonitor98 , I believe you but, can China really survive with these as their sources of revenues?
3
@hallmonitor98 , no one will buy from China and all its products once most of the foreign factories leave.

@ramunasvabolis8413 , they can be tracked where the real manufacturing sources come from. Their able to do that now when labor comes from the Uighers.

Yet China reports 8+% GDP growth every year and will be the supposed no. 1 economy in a few years while starving.

@ramunasvabolis8413 , your point being if the business is run by a Chinese in other countries, it would still be made in China?

@ramunasvabolis8413 , I agree with you but, we need to take this decoupling one step at a time. First, the legal decoupling, then second, track illegal factories outside of China and make raids and arrest.

@ramunasvabolis8413 , that’s where the CCP is wrong. They were right when they were dealing with Western communists businesses but, under Trump and beyond, the bottom line profit is not priority. That is why China is being sanctioned and foreign factories are now leaving China.

@ramunasvabolis8413 , yes, very short term! How does a country survive doing “convoluted” things long term. Soon those illegal Chinese shops in foreign countries will be shut down when as the smoke clears and focus can be made on those more mundane things.

@hallmonitor98 , not for long! When most of China’s factories have left or replaced for India and ASEAN, those “cheap sh_t” will be manufactured there. Give it 2 - 3 years.
