Since China does not recognize agreements and International Laws, we should not recognize their patents. They broke agreement on Hong Kong for its autonomy and, they do not recognize UNCLOS by occupying the Philippine EEZ just to name a couple of big examples.

@opituy4737 , if you’re for the CCP, I’m sure you are lying. We can’t take your word on face value. And, China only respects military might as it will take any territories who are not defended adequately. A country like China has no place in this world let alone protection of its patents.

And, having your own organs while alive in China doesn’t guarantee you can keep it. China can take them away if they choose to. So, why bother protecting their patents?
