First, China announces they have this AI tech that can guide a jet fighter to intercept and shoot down hypersonic missile. Then they’re recruiting AI experts “particularly from the US” so they can make a version of the American ChatGDP. If they’re so advanced in AI, why do they need to recruit from outside of their country?
