  1. China is not prepared for war until ten years from now? Does China think the rest of the American alliance is just going to sit and wait for ten years? The alliance have much more in military development and build up than China within that time frame. The Philippine Military Modernization alone will be 90% completed by then and China will be facing a potent and more modern force in the West Philippine Sea just with the Philippines alone.
