Xi went to Europe and San Francisco to convince his declining trade partners that they will now abide by the rule of law, not make retaliatory arrest on random foreigners, not spread another pandemic whereby the current one is still out of control in their own country, and plead with their trading partners to not look for other supply chain including rare earth material which will soon be not so rare when other sources are found. Anyone convinced that Xi is a changed man, that he is a man of his word and the CCP make overall reform in governance? I don’t think so! One visit does not make this type of change. Xi ruined China forever.
