They still occupy the largest rock in the Spratly Islands owned by the Philippines that they took by gunboat decades ago and drove away Filipinos occupying the rock. Furthermore, it was Taiwan’s Nationalist government of the 1950s who declared that SCS belongs to China and called it then the Ten-Dash-Line. Despite the International Arbitration Court Ruling of 2016 that all the rocks in the Spratly Islands are under UNCLOS and therefore property of the Philippines, Com mie Taiwan still sits there defiantly. Musk is simply calling a ♠️ a ♠️.
