  1. The truth is, ICE car makers just need to start from the beginning, including firing everyone all the way the CEO. Perhaps I would just leave the good young workers who are in their 20’s who can still be molded differently. Yes, sink the old Titanic and save only the younger workers. Push back the older ones including the captain back into the cold, freezing sea. Salvage some of their robots and lap tops; clear out the factory machines and leave an empty floor and, start there.
