  1. Lithium batteries will be recycled in the future as replacement cars and trucks will just be needed. So the more EVs we make, the less Lithium mining will be needed.

  2. Crude oil is a limited resource and will one day be used up. Lithium have barely been mined considering there are several more continents in this world. Yes, we will need more and more for the next couple of decades, but soon there will only be minimal needs for other uses.
