  1. Not all of ASEAN will surpass the EU. Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand are stagnating and depopulating like EU countries. Their growth is being fudged to show high growth in calculated GDP values despite them reporting lower growth in percentage yearly GDP growth.

  2. The reason why the Western globalists want ASEAN to be more like the EU, is so ASEAN can easily be controlled and manipulated from a central governing point. When that happens, ASEAN will suffer the same fate as the middle class of EU countries - to age rapidly, poorly and controlled like working slaves while the same globalists become even richer.
