  1. Anyone who believes China will keep its word would be id io tic. The truth is, China couldn’t get the Philippines to agree to its crooked terms so China couldn’t commit. Anyway, China’s investment are not needed in that a few other countries had managed to loan the Philippines. No one got fooled in the China-Philippine verbal agreement, but only have proven that China attempted to bilk the Philippines like they have done to African and South American countries. Sorry, China but Philippine leaders are more educated than your leaders.
