  1. “Trump changes his mind quickly....?” No, Trump has been patient enough to get trade talks with China completed but, China keeps stalling. Trump’s new tariff is timed perfectly. If China applies pressure on American companies doing business in China, please do so we can get our factories back. The truth is, Trump just wants a balanced trade and stoppage of dollar hemorrhaging to China. China can’t move forward without an uneven trade practice and without its economy tanking. It’s too bad. They should stop their military build-up, space adventures and all other prestige projects to take care of their economy.
