  2. @ , yet they crossed the Sea of Japan to invade Japan twice, and crossed the Java Sea to invade Indonesia. And what did they know about countries beyond the mainland except for the Philippines whom they did not invade. You’re making a guess.

  5.  @romenguyen9389  , the US and N Vietnam made a peace treaty in Paris in 1973. In the midst of the US evacuation of Vietnam, the NV attacked the south. The US just decided to keep evacuating. North Vietnam had no self respect for reneging on a treaty. It was not a US defeat. It was a traitorous deceit by North Vietnam.
