  1. Selling out the country for personal gains is treason. That usually incurs the death penalty. The Philippine military and the Congress who have oaths to defend the Constitution should have the right and responsibility to check the programs of the voting machines before and during election. The military should have the people with the expertise to do so while Congress can hire outside private contractors. Both entities should work separately as check and balance for each in case one side is compromised.
