  1. The reason why the Admiral claims that China’s not ready for war for the next ten years has something to do with a report from the YouTube channel, China Observer of about 2 days ago. They claim that China bought chips for their medium to long range hypersonic missiles from a third party in Taiwan designed by the US unbeknownst to them. It turned out that these chips had been planted with a malware that actually sends this missiles back to its original launchers to blow it up. The recent Chinese submarine mishap in the Yellow Sea turned out to be a missile launching of such a missile that was launched that blew up the submarine while a US destroyer watched nearby. China right now won’t launch any of its missiles while Xi uselessly ordered its chips be changed to to Chinese-made chips which we know is too low-end to do their jobs. The ten year recovery period to amend this issue is a mere rough estimate, but it could be something that may never take place. So what we have now is equivalent to an enemy during WWII who has plenty of soldiers with rifles and ships but with no cannons.
