  1. It also means the years of building ghost cities, fast trains and other failed projects should not have counted as parts of their reported GDP. Therefore, their GDP and growth were never what China reported every year, and just as I suspected they were never the second best economy but the third best. Poor, poor, China!

Weren’t you informed by UNCLOS that there’s no islands in the Spratleys so that means every rock around the Philippine EEZ belongs to the Philippines?
