  3. It's like my Grandpa Kjell (CH'ell; Norge ExPat) who REALLY hated Lutefisk, which is Cod-Fish FERMENTED IN LYE for 3 Days!!! (aka: POISON!), he told me enough to not even TRY that garbage. Here, in Minnesota, where I moved to back in the early 90s, we have a type of Cod Called Walleye and it's PERFECT the way it is (dammit!) <3
