The are called manufactured homes. They are on foundations and beautifull. My husband and i bought one and loved it. He passed away. I stayed for a couple of years more but moved because i was paying so much for up keep that my husband was doing. We had to take care of the yard work and we had plantings front side and back. We also had a very long driveway that had to be shoveled. We have snow in winter. Anyway, after my husband died i was paying a lot for all the outside work that my husband did
