  1. This is fascinating new research! I agree that these trees may succeed in reducing the amount of CO2 in our atmosphere, but I'd be extremely surprised if they could actually put an end to climate change, which I think at this point is inevitable and will be catastrophic. But any effort we can make to reduce CO2 and other greenhouse gases will definitely help!
